Contemporary Music
ASIDE from other more conventional chamber music ventures, I recently rekindled my interest in contemporary music — first piqued by my involvement with the New Music Group at the University of York in the 1990s — and I have now been appointed cellist of the Manchester-based Chiasmus Ensemble, who perform new works by established and emerging composers, to great acclaim.
